We are looking for an HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in various day-to-day functions and projects. This role is ideal for someone passionate about people, culture, and organizational development, and eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional HR setting within a dynamic business environment. 


Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process by helping with job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. 
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, trainings, and internal events. 
  • Collaborate with other departments to support HR-related needs and initiatives. 
  • Support internal communication efforts, such as preparing announcements and newsletters. 
  • Shadow HR professionals to gain exposure to areas such as employee relations, talent management, and talent acquisition. 


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Tamheer Eligible. 
  • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English. 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn. 
  • Interest in employee relations, talent development, or organizational culture is preferred.
