Renewal by Andersen is the replacement division of the 120 year old Andersen Corporation. Andersen is the oldest and largest window and door manufacture in North America. We focus on doing one thing, and doing it well, building the best products in the industry. We build the only unique window offering available in the market, and have a controlled territory to distribute our product. At Renewal by Andersen we exceed our product superiority goal, by having every product installed by employee installers. We use no sub-contractors in our product installation, and provide the best labor warranty on the market. Our process is designed to be the highest quality construction experience, backed by the oldest brand in the business.


The San Diego based Customer Care Coordinator will help drive the flow of relationships between customers, installation teams and management. Our ideal candidate is constantly searching for ways to do things better. Every day is about seeing opportunities and building best practices! WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLE
  • Contribute to an excellent co-worker and customer experience by helping move projects forward with good communication and excellence.
  • Communication of specific client needs with teams and Management
  • Processing paperwork to help each stakeholder receive their needed information.
  • Communicating logistical changes and installation issues .
  • Problem solving with teams locally and in other locations.


WHAT YOU BRING - THE PERSON
  • 1+ years of Customer Service Experience
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience is required. Must be able to create professional business correspondence in Word, organize tracking spreadsheets in Excel and use Outlook for communication and calendaring
  • Modest or extensive construction background a plus but not required.
  • High school diploma
