Requirements:
7+ years of experience in product operational roles, with 2+ years managing and scaling high-performing teams.
A proven track record of inspiring, mentoring, and driving accountability within a team.
Ownership Mindset and Collaborative Leadership: Ability to own projects end-to-end while empowering your team to take initiative and drive results collaboratively.
Exceptional Project Management Skills: Strong experience in managing cross-functional projects with clear structure, organization, and stakeholder alignment.
Data-Driven Decision-Making and Strategic Insight: Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Looker, Snowflake, Datadog, Excel/Sheets) and the ability to guide your team in turning insights into impactful decisions.
Empathy and User-Centric Thinking: Deep empathy for users and the ability to instill a user-first mindset across your team.
Operational and Process Optimization Expertise: Experience designing and implementing systems and processes that enable teams to scale and operate efficiently.
Technical Knowledge and Problem-Solving Skills: General familiarity with software development processes, with experience in building payroll systems as a significant advantage.
Strong Communication and Presentation Skills: Superior ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, whether mentoring your team or presenting to stakeholders.
Fast-Paced Tech Environment Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead and thrive in a dynamic, product-driven tech environment.
