Key Responsibilities:


Partner Engagement:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all new and emerging referral partners across the EMEA region. Build strong relationships and drive partner success by understanding their needs and supporting their growth.

Collaborate with Marketing:

  • Work closely with the Marketing team to identify and develop new digital channels, assets, and initiatives that support partner certification, onboarding, and ongoing enablement.

Drive Partner Activation:

  • Focus on activating, reactivating, and ensuring the continued growth of partners. Help facilitate their increased engagement and success within the Deel Partner Program.

Partner Referral Management:

  • Manage relationships with referral partners, enabling them to successfully refer clients to Deel. Ensure a smooth and effective referral process for all parties involved.

Co-Marketing Campaigns:

  • Ideate, launch, and optimize co-marketing initiatives such as webinars, events, email campaigns, and content sharing to drive brand awareness and partner engagement.

Partnership Financials (P&L):

  • Build, maintain, and monitor the partnership P&L for your assigned partners, ensuring strong financial performance and sustainable growth.

Technology & Process Optimization:

  • Leverage various tools and technologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of partner outreach, management, and ongoing operations.

Requirements:


Experience:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a sales-focused role with a proven track record of driving results, preferably in a partnership or client-facing role.

Partnership Knowledge:

  • A basic understanding of the partnership landscape, including technology, professional services, and venture sectors.

Data & Operations:

  • Strong data-driven mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and process optimization.

Adaptability:

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to pivot quickly and manage shifting priorities.

Relationship Building:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to building and maintaining relationships both internally and externally.

Communication:

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, French, and Spanish is required. German language skills would be a significant advantage.
