The Role:


We’re seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive the growth and revenue of Deel’s IT products. In this role, you will own go-to-market strategies, craft compelling messaging, and enable sales teams to succeed. You’ll work cross-functionally to build campaigns and initiatives that positions the Deel IT product suite as the premier solution for managing global equipment and IT services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning:

    • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Deel IT products to support revenue and growth targets.

    • Identify market opportunities and customer segments to drive product adoption.

  2. Product Positioning & Messaging:

    • Craft clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging for Deel IT emphasizing its value in compliance, efficiency, and employee satisfaction.

    • Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to align positioning with customer needs and competitive insights.

  3. Campaign Development:

    • Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to design multi-channel campaigns that generate demand and nurture prospects through the funnel.

    • Measure and optimize campaign performance to ensure ROI.

  4. Sales Enablement:

    • Create enablement materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies, to equip sales teams with tools to close deals.

    • Create messaging for sales teams on product features, benefits, and competitive differentiation.

  5. Market Insights:

    • Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to inform product improvements and positioning.

    • Track market trends and provide actionable insights to the Product team.

  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with Product, Growth, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align strategies and initiatives.

    • Advocate for customer needs and feedback in product development discussions.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in product marketing, ideally in SaaS, infosec/HR tech

  • Strong understanding of domestic payroll processes and compliance requirements is a plus.

  • Exceptional skills in positioning, storytelling, and go-to-market execution.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize campaigns.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
