Senior Director, CRM & Lifecycle Marketing

The Daily Wire is seeking a Senior Director of CRM to lead a team to develop and execute multichannel lifecycle strategies, focusing on customer onboarding, engagement, subscription loyalty, and retention. The Senior Director will manage CRM campaigns (email, push, etc.) and expand the team’s capabilities and leadership in engagement marketing, analyzing customer metrics, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth, optimizing performance, and continually enhancing the customer experience. As part of the marketing leadership team, you will report to the VP, Performance Marketing, and lead the overall lifecycle marketing strategy. This is a growing function within the organization and will require someone who can both lead and execute as the team expands in size and sophistication.ResponsibilitiesLead• Build and grow a CRM and Lifecycle Marketing team, promoting a culture of creativity and new ideas.• Develop dynamic CRM and Lifecycle strategies that drive engagement and retention across Daily Wire subscribers, implementing strategies to drive sales and engagement with other product verticals (Bentkey Kids, Bentkey Consumer Products, etc.).• Build an email data and preference strategy that maximizes growth and customer ease.• Build and garner alignment for quarterly road maps of projects to complete to increase channel growth and support product launches.• Stay current on changes in CRM technology, identify best practices, and bring new ideas to fruition. Look for AI opportunities to expand capabilities and maximize output.Execute• Ensure delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns that resonate with consumers and grow engagement across multiple touch points.• Increase the sophistication of dynamic campaign capabilities, tailoring email content to individual subscriber preferences.• Identify opportunities for automation and integration of AI / ML into our experimentation strategyPartner• Build relationships across Acquisition, Brand, Product, Research, Data, and other teams that are critical to CRM growth strategy.Own Outcomes• Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and guide data-informed decision-making.• Report results and learnings to the broader Consumer Marketing team, using insights to optimize performance and identify broader growth opportunities.• Analyze consumer data and behaviors to identify trends, opportunities for segmentation, and targeted communication strategiesQualifications• Proven work experience as a CRM Director or similar role• Solid background in customer acquisition strategies• Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems• Knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices• An ability to manage marketing projects end-to-end• Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitudeReports to: VP, Performance MarketingStart date: ImmediateEmployment type: Full-time; ExemptCompensation: Dependent upon experienceBenefits: Health insurance options (medical through BlueCross Blue Shield; dental and vision through Guardian); Paid Time Off; 401k (5% match)To learn more about Daily Wire, please visit the following Daily Wire Facebook and YouTube page links:Daily WireDaily Wire FacebookDaily Wire YouTubeDaily Wire XPragerU
