As an automotive supplier, DENSO is leading in developing and providing components and systems for heating, air conditioning, motor cooling, exhaust gas aftertreatment, automotive electrics and electronics and instrumentation.

Job Description

As Price Administrator (m/f/d) in our EU Business Operations and Strategic Planning department, you will support our team with all administrative and operational tasks and processes within the business area.

  • Handling of customer purchase orders / price contracts according to current QM system
  • Input / control of sales and purchase prices in InforLN
  • Update / follow-up of customer requirements and of customers’ general terms and conditions related to financial control handling to all related parties (e.g. delivery terms, payment terms, duty terms)
  • Price provision management
  • Retro-active price control
  • Handling of all internal vendor price control with manufacturing plants
  • Management of price templates in MS Excel
  • Control of internal workflows
  • Internal liaising with relevant departments to ensure sales and purchase prices are processed correctly
  • Supporting and advising the commercial team where necessary
  • Working as part of a joint team and contributing ideas for areas of improvement with general ad-hoc duties as required
  • Support of other sales administrative customer requirements

Qualifications

  • Completed commercial or technical training with appropriate in depth further training or comparable qualification 
  • Experience in the commercial sector desirable 
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of price control or master data maintenance desirable 
  • Profound knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel 
  • Good knowledge of using common ERP systems 
  • Business fluent German and English skills 
  • Careful and reliable as well as independent and solution-oriented way of working 
  • Ability to work in a team
