Strategic Marketing Manager (w/m/d)

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Übernahme der fachlichen Leitung von cross-funktionalen Projekten und Teams sowie souveränes Management der Stakeholder
  • Zielgerichtete Entwicklung von insightbasierten, ganzheitlichen Konzepten und Master-Kampagnen zur Umsatzsteigerung und Imageverbesserung
  • Verantwortung für die operative Umsetzung von Marketingmaßnahmen und -kampagnen, dabei Orchestrierung aller Marketingbereiche zur Gewährleistung von Konsistenz und Effizienz
  • Optimierung von Prozessen und Implementierung von Workflowtools zur Steigerung der Effizienz
  • Kontinuierliche Messung und Analyse des Projekterfolgs sowie Einleitung entsprechender Maßnahmen zur Sicherstellung des Erfolgs

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium, bevorzugt in Marketing oder Kommunikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Marketingmanagement, idealerweise im Telekommunikationsumfeld, auf Unternehmens- oder Agenturseite
  • Strategisches Denken und Hands-on-Mentalität: Kombination aus Weitblick und praktischer Umsetzung
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise: Selbstständigkeit, Organisation und Struktur als Arbeitsprinzip
  • Leidenschaft für Kommunikation und Gestaltung: Begeisterung für ganzheitliche Kommunikation, Prozessoptimierung und ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Sprache und Design
  • Teamarbeit und Produktbegeisterung: Freude an der Arbeit in crossfunktionalen Teams und Begeisterung für die Produkte
