Team Overview

We are searching for a proactive, analytical, and highly organized Commercial Engagement Senior Analyst who is passionate about supporting our sales team. The ideal candidate is strategic, with a proven ability to identify and implement impactful solutions that drive performance and growth.

In this role, you will work closely with the Commercial Enagement Manager, sales leaders, and Strategy team to enhance the effectiveness of our salesforce. You will be responsible for conducting ongoing assessments to identify technical and skill gaps across different sales profiles, and providing targeted solutions to address these needs. You will play a key role in supporting the success of our commercial team by assisting in the development of comprehensive training programs, crafting innovative learning materials, and ensuring that our teams are fully equipped to excel in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

Role Responsibilities

  • Identify Training Gaps: Conduct ongoing assessments to identify technical and skill gaps across different sales profiles and suggest targeted training programs to address these needs.
  • Support the Training Team: Assist in creating a holistic and standardized training program for the sales force, ensuring consistent quality and delivery.
  • Assist in Developing Leadership and Management Skills: Contribute to building and implementing a leadership development model to enhance the management capabilities of the sales leadership team.
  • Act as a Change Agent: Assist in leading cultural transformation initiatives within the sales team to foster an innovative and agile environment.
  • Support in Preparing Annual Training Plans and Budget: Assist in designing and managing the yearly training calendar, ensuring alignment with business goals, while maintaining control over the training budget.
  • Monitor Training Effectiveness: Regularly assess the success, effectiveness, and impact of the training programs, providing detailed reports on progress and impact.
  • Stay Updated on Training Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, methodologies, and best practices in training to continuously improve the programs and adapt to evolving needs.
  • Assist in Developing and Updating Training Programs: Support in designing flexible and adaptive training formats (such as microlearning, quick sessions, and online courses) to ensure accessible and efficient learning.
  • Provide Support for Operational Needs: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address urgent training requirements that arise from day-to-day operations without disrupting workflows.
  • Role Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Pedagogy, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with a focus on supporting and executing training programs.
  • Experience working directly with LMS platforms (e.g., managing content, tracking progress, reporting).
  • Proven experience supporting training strategies and solutions for teams across different regions or countries.
  • Experience with leadership development programs, building leadership skills for mid-level and senior sales managers is a plus.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders to align training programs with business objectives.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes and performance optimization strategies.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and accurate.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure training effectiveness and make informed decisions.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training best practices.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ideally in tech or a high-growth company.
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • Adaptability and the ability to respond quickly to changing business needs.
