We're on the hunt for a talented individual to join our team as a Digital Acquisition Marketing Specialist who is bilingual in both English and Spanish. If you have a deep love for data, a passion for optimizing campaigns, and a knack for maximizing ROI, this role is tailor-made for you. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing powerful paid media campaigns across various digital realms on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, ensuring sales growth and triumphant ROI conquests.
• Collaborating with departments to bring marketing projects to life, from inception to completion, and guiding them through the rigorous trials of testing and optimization.
• Harnessing the art of A/B testing to come up with captivating creatives and landing pages that bewitch audiences into engaging and converting.
• Mastering the art of tracking and analysis, peering into the depths of each advertising channel and campaign to unveil their performance secrets.
• Maintaining a watchful eye over the entire customer experience, from SEO to customer support and the branded site.
• Playing the role of gatekeeper, reviewing new content submissions with a discerning eye, providing feedback, and ensuring they are primed for testing and success.
• Embracing the ever-changing tides of the industry, staying vigilant for new media programs and opportunities, and crafting innovative strategies to conquer our targets.

Preferred Qualifications (Note: These are preferred and not required. Your magical abilities matter more to us than ticking boxes):

• Mastery of mathematical and analytical sorcery, capable of weaving spells with data and extracting insights from the mystic realms of numbers.
• A quick learner, open to embracing new concepts and systems faster than a teleportation spell.
• Impeccable attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all realms of your work.
• A virtuoso of project management, juggling multiple quests with grace, and structuring your workload like a true sorcerer.
• Extraordinary communication skills, both written and spoken, to enchant and captivate all who encounter your words.
• A relentless drive to succeed, motivated by the pursuit of greatness in the realms of digital marketing.
• 1-3 years of digital marketing experience, with a penchant for digital acquisition and performance marketing. 3-5 years of experience preferred to showcase your mastery.
• Experience in taming native advertising and paid social platforms, harnessing their mystical powers for the greater good. Platforms such as Taboola and Outbrain hold no secrets for you.
• Proficiency in the arcane arts of A/B testing, able to optimize sales funnels with a flick of your wand.
• Mastery of spreadsheets, from Microsoft Excel to the enchanted realm of Google Docs.
• Basic knowledge of image editing using the mystical tool known as Photoshop.
• Familiarity with the world of Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) marketing, a plus.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent, as we value knowledge gained from all realms.
• Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field, a testament to your commitment to the craft.

$71,800 - $95,000, annual & monthly KPI bonus potential, depending upon experience.
