Digital Marketing Manager (FTC)

We’re looking for a digital marketing expert to optimise our acquisitions for Virgin Red. As our Digital Marketing Manager, you'll crunch the numbers, optimise campaigns, drive MarTech ROI and supercharge our growth while working with brilliant minds across the Virgin family. You’ll use your digital expertise and data-driven mindset to help us revolutionise how we reward our members.

  • You’ll own end-to-end marketing analytics, leading reporting and optimization across GA4, Branch and HotJar while managing UTM tracking
  • Drive SEO/ASO strategy for Virgin Red and Virgin Train Ticketing, optimizing search visibility and member acquisition
  • Manage CMS platform content, offer and reward pages, campaign landing pages and on-site optimisations, acting as a key stakeholder and intermidiary with the Content, UX and Product teams
  • Conduct test & learn initiatives across all digital channels to maximize member acquisition and engagement
  • Own the Virgin Red Referral Program strategy and MentionMe relationship
  • Own the Virgin Red MarTech requirements
  • Maintain dashboards and measurement frameworks, serving as the go-to analytics expert while monitoring industry trends

What you’ll need

  • Solid digital marketing experience (agency or client-side)
  • Expert in SEO strategy, digital analytics (GA4, Brand), and advertising analysis (PPC, Programmatic, Social)
  • Experience managing and driving ROI from MarTech tools and platforms (including Branch, MentionMe and AB testing & experimentation tools)
  • Advanced data visualization skills using Tableau, Google Data Studio, and Excel
  • Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of turning insights into customer-centric solutions
  • Self-motivated team player with excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
  • Passionate about digital trends and consumer behaviour, with the ability to spot opportunities before they emerge

Role type: 9 month Paternity Cover Contract
Location: London hub 1-2 days per week & your home space
Salary: £55,000-62,000 pro-rata - We're shaking up the old way of doing things by putting our salaries out there for everyone to see - no smoke and mirrors, just honest numbers.
