About The Position

We are seeking a Digital Asset Coordinator for Electric Monster clients.This role's central focus is handling the organization, updating, and distribution of image and video materials, as well as providing quality checks on client deliverables. They will handle sensitive client digital assets for broadcast, home video, OTT and theatrical client deliverables in a safe and secure manner, ensure files are organized properly and production deliverables are completed in a timely manner.

Please note that this position is a full-time (approx. 40 hours per week), freelancer role.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring and overseeing statuses of production requests
• Providing quality assurance on deliverables to look for technical errors and ensure integrity and quality of content (video, image, audio, captions) adhere to standards.
• Updating and tracking project statuses in Notion and programming calendars.
• Delivering final assets for client approval.
• Ingesting and organizing client-provided assets to internal drives.
• Troubleshooting any technical issues with assets or final delivery files and communicating updates to the Creative Manager.
• Assisting editors in the creation of deliverable files that adhere to client specifications.
• Assisting with additional production team-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Experienced working in digital media, including: transcoding video, editing media in Photoshop or Final Cut, etc.
• Has knowledge of AV and file formats (video codecs, audio formats, aspect ratios, etc.)
• Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, and be detail oriented.
• Prior experience working in media quality assurance
• Familiarity with YouTube and/or Social Media channels is a plus.
• Prior experience with Notion, Airtable, or similar project management software is a plus.
• Is enthusiastic about all types of pop culture/media from kid’s content to beloved films of all eras, as well as television and digital programs.
