Director - Product Offering Management (United States)

Director Product Offering Management is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for providing strategic direction and cohesive GTM across the product suite. This role collaborates cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and teams to shape our products from conception to launch to adoption and growth. The role is responsible for initiating partner and buy business development opportunities, ensuring data-informed decision-making, This role will be focused on pricing and broader Go-to-Market strategy for the portfolio [as well as lead the product management for Measurement and Tourism product offerings]. It reports to the Adara SVP of Technology and Head of Product

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determining the components of flawless execution to realize our product strategy in alignment with our business objectives.
  • Overseeing and participating in sprint ceremonies to maintain the rhythm of product development and timely delivery.
  • Collaborating with technical product management to assure strategy translates into backlogs, UX research phases, and iterative cycles of values.
  • Coordinating with technical product management, software developers, frontend developers, and data engineers to ensure all product-related initiatives are technically feasible and aligned with our strategic objectives.
  • Oversite on the Program Manager’s support processes and plans to support product adoption and identification of key delivery gaps in a commercial organization.
  • Ensuring that all product decisions are driven by data as well as feedback from the field/customers.
  • Building a thought leadership and education strategy within the market, tackling top topics affecting the media world: third-party cookie deprecation and data privacy.
  • Developing and overseeing the execution of comprehensive product marketing strategies for our products with Product Management Lead for GTM.
  • Coordinating with the marketing team to create and distribute effective promotional materials.
  • Owning and maintaining the pricing strategy for all Adara offerings.
  • Sponsoring select strategic partnerships in the measurement and identity space for the Adtech and Martech space key to GTM.
  • Facilitating effective communication within the team and across departments, maintaining a culture of transparency and collaboration.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, exceptional leadership and communication skills, and a deep understanding of product management, GTM strategies, pricing and business development. Domain space experience should be in marketing measurement, identity management, Data Monetization, Digital advertising, CTV, and similar spaces. They will have a strong data-driven mindset and be comfortable making decisions based on data and analytics.
