Compensation Range: $21-23 hourly

The Group Facilitator is responsible for facilitating group therapy at the RTC and Inpatient level of care. The Group Facilitator participates in de-escalation or crisis intervention when necessary. The facilitator communicates pertinent information to the primary treatment team as needed.

This is a full time position that will work Monday-Friday 10:30am-7pm. .

The role of a Group Facilitator is essential; you’ll lead group therapy sessions at the RTC and Inpatient level of care, creating a safe and engaging environment for patients as they navigate their journeys to recovery. You will work closely with our team, including the Clinical Manager and Program Coordinator, to develop therapeutic programs and monitor the well-being of participants. Your day will involve facilitating clinical groups, participating in patient meals, and documenting necessary information while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
