What’s the opportunity?
  • Sales Development Representative to be in charge of identifying and generating sales opportunities by developing outbound leads.


What will I be doing?
  • Research, qualify, and approach outbound leads (via LinkedIn, cold calls, email, etc.) based on your vertical globally.
  • Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on dLocal product offerings/solution.
  • Work within Sales and Marketing to optimize the lead funnel.
  • Use CRMs, dashboards, and Business Intelligence tools to efficiently input and track dataIdentify new opportunities and develop account intelligence.


What skills do I need?
  • 2-3 years of proven excellence in business development and/or sales.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Analytical mindset and KPIs oriented.
  • Experience with CRM applications (Hubspot).
  • Experience in payments or other financial systems and thorough knowledge of the market is a plus.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish
