Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SDCS Functional Consultant with a deep understanding of the CS module and extensive experience in both production support and IT project enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful business coordination, requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and the design and implementation of SAP enhancements.

  • Work as a functional SDCS consultant, handling Tier 1 and Tier 2 support issues and implementing SAP enhancements.
  • Coordinate business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design of functional specifications, and provide testing support.
  • Implement and support service notification, repair orders, service orders, resource-related billing (RRB), service contracts, and other service-related master data based on SAP recommended best practices.
  • Manage configurations for service notifications across revenue-bearing and non-revenue bearing services.
  • Handle master data, order management, billing interfaces, and pricing within the SAP environment.
  • Ensure accurate sales document item category determination and manage serial number, functional location, work center, and activity type configurations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Materials Management, to integrate and implement SD/CS/FI/MM solutions.
  • Coordinate with Salesforce, Apigee, and XI/PI resources and the user community for SAP functional testing, BRD, and UAT sign-offs.
  • Address and resolve various interface issues related to SAP integration.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a functional SDCS consultant.
  • Extensive experience in business coordination, requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and preparation of functional specifications.
  • Strong background in both production support environments and IT project enhancements.
  • In-depth knowledge of core business processes and configurations related to the SAP CS module.
  • Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), Customer Service (CS), Financial Accounting (FI), and Materials Management (MM) integrations.
