In this pivotal role, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will craft a comprehensive Product Marketing strategy that resonates with our customers' needs and aspirations. Your main focus will be on establishing compelling product positioning that speaks directly to the pain points and desired outcomes of developers. Collaborating closely with multifunctional teams—including Product, Sales, and Customer Success (CS)—you'll lead product launches, create engaging customer narratives, and foster a culture of self-service and sales-led growth. With at least five years of experience in Product Marketing, including a proven track record with engineering audiences, you will build a world-class Product Marketing function that drives collaboration and builds trust with all stakeholders. Expect to dive deep into the existing frameworks in your first 30 days, assess them, and design an actionable plan to elevate the Product Marketing function at Docker.
