Description du poste

Vos principales missions :

  • Collaborer avec les Product Owner, l'UX/UI, et les Key users pour définir les problèmes et les solutions
  • Superviser les cérémonies Agile et effectuer des points d'étapes avec les stakeholder associés aux projets
  • Contrôler le backlog en s'assurant du bon déroulement du workflow avant le début des sprints
  • Piloter les phases de recette avec les métiers
  • Mesurer et améliorer la performance de nos applications
  • Gérer les échéanciers et les budgets
  • Découvrir et débloquer tous les problèmes en cours de route
  • Décrire et partager les livrables attendus
  • Fournir le planning des livrables en prenant en compte les capacités à délivrer de l'équipe et le niveaux de qualité attendu des fonctionnalités
  • Respecter les dates de commitment communiquées aux métiers

Qualifications

  • 5 ans d'expérience dans des entreprises en charge de développement de logiciel (de type SAP commerce) et en relation avec le Top 10 des SSII ou ESN européens
  • Niveau de formation : Master 2
  • Bonne connaissance des méthodologies agiles
  • Bon relationnel, capacité d'analyse et d'écoute avec les intervenants des projets
  • Expériences sur des projets ecommerce multi langues et pays au moins 5 ans
  • Expériences avec des projets utilisant la technologie SAP commerce ou similaire 5 ans avec une architecture de type headless est un plus.
  • Anglais professionnel

  • Solides compétences en management hiérarchique mais surtout fonctionnel
  • Une réelle appétence de pour le terrain
  • Facilités de communication, sens de l’écoute et de l’empathie
  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse
