Le contexte


Notre croissance s’accélère avec le lancement de nouveaux produits et l’ouverture de 2 pays : l’Italie et l’Allemagne. Pour répondre à ces enjeux, nous renforçons l’équipe Growth au sein de l’équipe Marketing & Opérations.


En tant que Growth Marketing Manager, ton objectif numéro 1 est de participer à la croissance d’ARR de Doctrine.

C’est un rôle stratégique pour l’équipe Go to Market de Doctrine qui touche à l'ensemble du funnel marketing : acquisition, activation et rétention des clients (upsell, crossell).


Le point de départ :

- Un modèle SaaS en forte croissance et rentable

- Un product market fit fort avec du momentum : 16 000 clients avocats et juristes, 15 de plus chaque jour

- Une équipe Go-to-Market (Marketing, Ops & Sales) au top pour t'accompagner à trouver de nouvelles poches de croissance

- Un positionnement établi en tant que leader de l’IA Juridique.

- Une stack tooling à la pointe et une bibliothèque de contenus complète qui répond aux principaux leviers et objections de vente.


Ce que tu feras :

Au sein de l'équipe Marketing & Ops et en collaboration avec les équipes sales (SDR, AE, CSM), tu t’impliqueras quotidiennement dans l’optimisation de notre funnel de vente avec un mix de campagnes inbound et outbound. Tout est challengeable.

  • First Sell : Créer de nouvelles campagnes (persona ou ABM) pour accompagner notre croissance sur des segments identifiés (enrichissement, automation, campagnes outbound et suivi des performances)
  • Internationalisation : participer à la création de campagnes marketing locales visant à améliorer la visibilité de Doctrine et générer des leads sur le marché Italien
  • New Sell & Upsell : suivre les KPIs et monitorer l’impact de nos programmes marketing sur la croissance de l'ARR et l’amélioration de l’efficacité des équipes clients
  • Marketing Automation : Optimiser nos workflows et lead nurturing (email, call, sms, social channels)
  • Customer Growth : avec notre Product Marketing Manager & l'équipe Produit, identifier les usages produit et les campagnes qui permettront de répondre à nos enjeux de croissance
  • CRM Marketing : Cibler de manière "clinique" et segmentée nos prospects, avec le bon message au bon moment


Tes compétences :

Pour être bon sur ce job, pas forcément besoin d’être marketeur. Tu peux aussi venir des Ops, des RevOps, de la Tech. L’important, c’est de ne pas avoir peur d’apprendre et mettre les mains dans le cambouis.

Hard skills :
  • Hands-on experiences sur des outils de marketing automation, sales engagement et CRM (Saleforce, Hubspot, Outreach, Intercom...)
  • Bonne compréhension et vision des flows de data entre outils pour créer, challenger et optimiser les parcours existants
  • Appétence pour le copywriting et la compréhension des besoins de notre cible. Pas la peine d’envoyer des mails si ils ne résonnent pas chez nos prospects !
  • Volonté de ne pas faire que du quick & dirty, mais de construire des stratégies qui auront de l'impact à long terme
  • Compétences analytiques (SQL est un plus)

Soft skills :
  • Bonne communication et capacité à exploiter la data pour prendre des décisions constructives
  • Tu es créatif(ve) et t’intéresse à la psychologie de l’utilisateur pour imaginer des programmes marketing à impact
  • Capacité à collaborer dans des équipes transverses en comprenant les enjeux respectifs pour proposer les meilleurs plans d’actions

Notre processus de recrutement 🚀


- Un premier échange de 30 min avec l’un.e de nos Talent Acquisition Manager pour bien comprendre ton projet professionnel et te présenter ce qu'on construit chez Doctrine

- Une rencontre d’1h avec ton/ta futur.e manager, pour détailler le poste et le scope de l’équipe, mais aussi répondre à toutes tes questions.

- Un ou deux tests techniques pour évaluer concrètement tes compétences

- Une venue dans nos bureaux pour : un déjeuner avec 3 personnes de différents départements chez Doctrine, pour te donner un aperçu de tes futur.e.s collègues ; un échange sur les valeurs de l’entreprise pour te partager notre vision, et une rencontre avec notre CEO, Guillaume.
