### Job Requirements

- Must be at least 16 years old.
  
**General Duties for All Store Team Members:**

- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
- Prepare products.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facilities on a regular basis.

**Communication Skills:**

- Ability to understand and provide clear written instructions.
- Strong verbal communication skills to assist customers and collaborate with coworkers while processing orders both over the phone and in person.

**Essential Functions/Skills:**

- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide quickly and accurately (calculator may be used).
- Must be able to give correct change.
- Effective verbal, written, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
- Good motor coordination to perform precise movements quickly and accurately.
- Proficient in entering orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
