In this pivotal role, you’ll take ownership of the core merchant experience, leading the design of intuitive solutions that span in-store operations, back-office performance analytics, financial reconciliation, and issue resolution. As a strategic leader, you will work with cross-functional partners to drive the product strategy and deliver an intuitive and cohesive experience for our merchants. As a team leader, you’ll manage a team of talented product designers and build a world-class design culture everyone wants to be a part of.You'll report to the Head of Merchant Design. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants.
