We are a Certified Great Place to Work, recently ranked #13 in Forbes' list of America's Best Startup Employers, and are proud to have our team rate us a 4.9/5 on Glassdoor.Responsibilities• Achieve Targeted Candidate Pipeline Development - Build a strong, consistent pipeline of candidates for key roles using LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.• High candidate satisfaction – Ensures a positive candidate experience by maintaining communication, timely feedback, and clear expectations throughout the hiring process.• Efficient Sourcing & Screening- Quickly assesses whether a candidate meets basic qualifications and efficiently screens them for further interviews.• Become an integral part in the HR department - Willingness and ability to work collaboratively with HR team members and other departments to achieve shared goals.Qualifications• Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing, with a proven focus on technical roles• Hands-on experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter• Experience working in a fast-paced environment• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.Benefits• Unlimited paid time off: take unlimited personal, sick, and vacation days• 401(k): plan for retirement with 4% matching and instant vesting• Medical, dental, and vision insurance: Cigna's PPO Open Access Plus plan is fully covered for Loopers with 25% coverage for dependents• Life insurance: $100,000 policy fully covered by DoorLoop• Disability insurance: short- and long-term disability insurance fully covered by DoorLoop• Paid parental leave: paid maternity and paternity leave for birth and adoption• Monthly stipend: a dedicated company credit card for work-related expenses• Best-in-class equipment: Get a company laptop and all the top-tier tools to set you up for successAdditional InformationPlease only apply if you're very serious.
