The ideal candidate brings executive support experience, a friendly and team-oriented attitude, and is detail-focused with a willingness to learn.Key Responsibilities:• Manage daily administrative tasks and organize appointments• Follow up with leads, monitor emails, and conduct property searches• Oversee the CRM and coordinate social media content• Assist in preparing homes for photography, staging, and open houses• Support in planning events and open houses• Create and manage outreach materials, newsletters, and digital/print marketing campaigns• Prepare necessary paperwork for listings, showings, and transactionsAdditional Opportunities for Licensed Candidates:Licensed candidates will also gain hands-on experience with showings, listings, and client events. We’ll help you acquire leads and develop skills for closing transactions.
