About the role

As a Growth Lead, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives, defining business strategies, and optimizing key operational functions across different departments ensuring alignment with business objectives and sustainable growth. You will work closely with the General Manager to establish the overall vision, direction, and growth trajectory of dubizzle Lebanon.

Budgeting & Strategy

  • Take the lead on the yearly budgeting exercise in terms of revenues and expenses forecast in alignment with all the departments.
  • Develop data-driven strategies to scale business performance and optimize revenue streams.
  • Define strategic objectives for the year along with tangible targets on KPIs.
  • Define strategic projects to be worked on across the organization to achieve those targets.

Project Management

  • Act as Project Manager on strategic projects and initiatives defined at the company level.
  • Oversee and supervise the implementation of those projects with the different departments and functions.
  • Assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the strategic projects implemented.

Business Development, Partnerships, and Acquisitions

  • Develop data-driven strategies to scale business performance and optimize revenue streams.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and initiatives to drive expansion.
  • For acquisitions and strategic partnerships, oversee the due diligence exercises and define collaboration rules of engagement.
  • Act as main point of contact with strategic partners to ensure the achievement of common goals.

Analytics & Performance Optimization

  • Run ad-hoc strategic analyses and extract key recommendations to support management decision-making.
  • Monitor and analyze business KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Optimize analytics tools and frameworks to ensure accurate and insightful data reporting.
  • Leverage data-driven decision-making to enhance conversion rates, engagement, and monetization.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Track industry trends, market shifts, and competitive landscape to ensure a first-mover advantage.

Sales Effectiveness & Operational Compliance

  • Define and build the sales effectiveness function including the main processes, KPIs, and dashboards to be put in place.
  • Analyze weekly, monthly and quarterly the sales effectiveness KPIs and extract recommendations and action plans.
  • Define and document all process, workflows and policies across all departments.
  • Run internal audit exercises on a quarterly basis to stress-test the solidity of the company processes and operations.

AI & Automation

  • Take the lead on incorporating automation and AI across the different functions and departments
  • Using AI for Better Decisions – Ability to interpret AI-driven insights to improve business growth.
  • Automation & Optimization – Understanding how AI can streamline marketing, customer engagement, and operations.
  • Personalization & Customer Insights – Experience with AI-driven tools that help improve user experience and retention.
  • Awareness of AI Ethics & Data Privacy – Ensuring AI is used responsibly in business processes.
  • Master’s degree in management, strategy, business or equivalent.
  • 5 years in strategy consulting or a high-impact strategy role within a digital/tech company.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, scaling operations, and influencing executive decisions.
  • Deep understanding of business strategy, operations, and market dynamics.
  • Expertise in Sales, Marketing, Product, and Financial Planning.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, business intelligence tools. SQL experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with various business management software and databases.
