Sales Development Representative - French speaking

This is an exciting opportunity to come and join our Sales Development function at Eagle Eye. Sales Development is critical in developing our new business pipeline of potential clients across our global territories. In turn this helps us achieve our revenue goals.

This role is integral to our overall success and you will help us achieve this by creating an awesome first impression for any prospect engaging with Eagle Eye as the result of our Marketing activities.

A day in the life of a SDR...

  • Primary focus is French market, alongside other EMEA ones
  • Developing both leads created through outbound strategies and MQLs
  • Qualifying leads to our criteria and determining next steps for each prospect, before handing to sales team to progress to closure
  • Initiating contact with potential customers through prospecting activities
  • Anticipating needs by studying services and conducting market research to identify new leads and help maintain the prospect database
  • Working strategically with prospects to identify business needs that can be addressed by commercial opportunities for Eagle Eye
  • Presenting product information to prospects based on requirements
  • Moving solid leads through the sales funnel using tools such as email, Linkedin and phone before connecting them to a salesperson
  • Managing and executing multiple lead generation campaigns at any one time
  • Following-up with prospects who expressed interest but did not progress further in the buying cycle
  • Working closely with internal Eagle Eye teams to understand new product benefits
  • Working closely with the marketing team to follow up marketing campaigns and provide feedback
  • Achieving agreed KPIs and targets
  • Working with cross discipline/”team of teams” environment with other Eagle Eye employees to identify and advance any opportunities
  • Using Salesforce and Marketing Automation tools to manage the Sales Development cycle/funnel
  • Delivering a “Purple” buying process for prospects
  • Playing an active role in internal meetings i.e. annual kick off and quarterly sales meetings
  • Performing other job-related duties and activities as requested

Must have:

Experience: Experience in an SDR role, ideally within a Saas company

Language skills: French and English fluency

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create impactful outreach messaging and coach SDRs on effective communication strategies

Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, Sales Nav)

Problem-Solver: Ability to think strategically, prioritise tasks, and make critical decisions
