Senior Analyst - Payroll Functional Excellence

Eaton’s NAFSC North America Financial Services Center division is currently seeking a Senior Analyst - Payroll Functional Excellence.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $82500.03 - $121000.04 a year.

What you’ll do:

Position Overview:
Join Eaton’s Global Financial Services team and help positively impact our business by providing timely and high quality financial services.  We are currently seeking a Senior Analyst of Payroll, Time and Labor Functional Excellence Digital and Automation.
The Senior Analyst Payroll, Time and Labor (PTL) Functional Excellence Digital and Automation plays an integral role in identifying opportunities to automate and implement touchless processes in our global time and labor and North America payroll processes. This position makes decisions and oversees the execution of configurations and integrations in our payroll, time and labor enterprise systems. This position designs and implements our testing strategy and ensures data integrity and security of our Enterprise time and labor and Americas payroll systems. .
Job Responsibilities: 
•    Leads the team in digital solutions and automations by coaching, mentoring and teaching the solutions.
•    Responsible for payroll, time and labor (PTL) configuration design, implementation and migration.
•    Leads the strategy for data integrity and security in our PTL systems and processes.
•    Develops the security requirements (roles/profiles) for PTL operating systems.
•    Develops and enforces our PTL reporting strategy.
•    Develops the design, process and procedure for implementing new programs (acquisitions, divestitures, new comp programs, etc.) .
•    Implements payroll time and labor best practices, guidelines and procedures.
•    Understand payroll time and labor strategies and deliver recommendations for improving PTL processes.

 

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.
•    Minimum of 3 years experience working in finance, HR or IT. 
•    Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Only candidates currently located within a 50 mile radius of Beachwood, OH will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
•    Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
Position Criteria:
•    Working knowledge office 365 toolset
•    Ability to work across various levels of management.
•    10% travel required
