We are looking for a Billing Specialist to aid in monthly employer client invoicing, billing, and provider affiliate payment for our Hint Connect product. This person will help us collect and track collection of owed payment, and pay out key provider vendors.
This is a part time, contract position. The role is approximately 10-15 hours per week, with a concentration of work needed around the 1st, 15th and 30/31st of each month.
- Execute billing activities for accuracy and perform regular reconciliations to invoices on a monthly basis
- Issue adjusted invoices to clients and providers on a monthly basis
- Follow notification process to clients letting them know the invoice has been issued
- Track incoming payment and escalate non-payment to the Client Success Manager
- Issue and pay providers
- Manage partial payment to providers
- Manage a monthly schedule of client billing and affiliate payment
- Keeping accurate records of client accounts and outstanding balances and updating Hint platform with payment information
- Work efficiently and effectively under pressure, and meet time-sensitive deadlines
- 2-5 years of direct relevant experience billing clients
- Highest level of attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- Strong and proactive communication skills
- High degree of personal accountability
- Strong proficiency in excel and/or google sheet
- Curiosity
- Desire to improve processes
