POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a reliable Facility Operations Technician to join the eGenesis Operations Team and assist in all operational activities including building maintenance, operating large equipment, landscaping, and occasional basic animal care of swine. The right individual will have experience working with farm equipment and must be able to perform maintenance on equipment and buildings. Experience with hand tools and power tools is required. This position requires working with an on-call weekend schedule. The right individual must be detail-oriented with strong communication skills and the ability to work as a team and individually. This is a fully onsite position, and you will be working in a variety of environments, including animal housing areas, lab areas, storage sheds, and outdoors.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience with farm equipment and possess strong mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills. Communication and teamwork are crucial as you will collaborate with service providers and contractors.
