Marketing Executive (UAE National)

As a Tech-savvy Marketing Executive at Electra, reporting to the Head of Marketing, you play a crucial role in implementing the marketing communications plan aligned with our business objectives. This hybrid role combines traditional marketing and PR with a focus on AI-driven strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Strong focus on Sustainability and CSR Communications.

Content Creation Support:

  • Assist with content creation for marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives.
  • Support the production of various marketing collaterals (e.g., newsletters, blogs, advertising).
  • Utilize AI tools to optimize content based on engagement metrics and audience insights.

Marketing Campaign Support:

  • Collaborate with the team to implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Assist in the execution, monitoring, and analysis of campaigns, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) with the help of AI-driven tools.
  • Suggest campaign optimizations and content improvements based on data-driven insights.

AI-Driven Market Analysis and Lead Generation:

  • Leverage AI tools to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and nurture leads using AI-powered insights, contributing to data-driven marketing strategies for growth in KSA, Europe, and beyond.

PR & Media Relations:

  • Promote Electra’s media presence by coordinating with local media outlets and public organizations to enhance visibility.
  • Prepare press releases, articles, and interviews, ensuring content aligns with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners and industry stakeholders.

Sustainability and CSR Initiatives:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop and manage the company’s Sustainability and CSR programs.
  • Plan and execute sustainability initiatives in alignment with QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) policies.
  • Communicate sustainability efforts and CSR initiatives through engaging content, leveraging AI tools to optimize messaging and impact.

Internal & CSR Communications, Internal Events:

  • Assist with internal communications and the organization of internal events.
  • Support CSR communications by creating impactful content and helping coordinate sustainability-driven events and campaigns.

Employer Brand Management:

  • Help maintain and promote the employer brand through various communications channels (e.g., intranet, internal newsletters).
  • Use AI tools to enhance employer branding strategies and ensure consistent messaging across platforms.

Intranet Content Management:

  • Support updates and management of the company’s intranet, focusing on employer branding, internal communication needs, and marketing activities.

Database Management and Reporting:

  • Assist in creating, updating, and managing marketing databases, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation for targeted campaigns.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools to compile and analyze data for marketing reports (e.g., campaign performance, customer insights, market trends)

Support for Rental Business & E-Commerce Communications:

  • Provide communications support for the rental business and e-commerce marketing efforts, including maintaining the Furniture Rental E-commerce and Catalogue updated.
  • Use AI tools to monitor and optimize e-commerce performance.

Knowledge & experience:

  • Prior Marketing experience or internship preferred.
  • Degree in marketing, communications and/or business and/or administration.
  • Ai certification in Ai is a plus.
  • Ai tools knowledge (mandatory), MS office, design software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva), marketing software (CRM), Google Analytics, WordPress CMS.
  • HubSpot is a plus.

Technical & Functional Skills:

  • Understanding of marketing and communications principles, including campaign execution and analytics.
  • Understanding of media and public relations.
  • Familiarity with Ai tools and digital marketing tools, email marketing platforms, and database management.
  • Competence in design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar is a plus.
  • Project management and organizational skills.

Other skills and competencies:

  • Self-motivated and proactive team player.
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Good copywriting and communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and campaign innovation.

General Obligations towards Health, Safety and Environment:

  • You will correctly use machinery, appliances, tools, transport, and all equipment issued by the company.  
  • You will correctly use personal protective equipment supplied by the company.  
  • You will not remove any safety devices for any machinery or installations.  
  • You will perform all tasks set forth by safety and environmental regulations and thus cooperate with Electra to ensure a working environment and condition that do not pose any risks in terms of health, safety and environment to others.
