As the Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping, optimising and scaling our core operations. You will spearhead efforts to streamline processes, foster cross-functional collaboration, and develop strategies that drive efficiency and growth. Your role will be crucial in aligning our operational practices with the broader vision of the company, helping us build a sustainable and impactful spiritual tech platform.
