How will you fight for an AIDS-free generation?
The Manager, Corporate Donors will play a critical leadership role in the growth and diversification of EGPAF’s funding portfolio, supporting engagement with corporations working and supporting interests tied to EGPAF’s work. Areas of focus will include leading strategic engagement with corporate donors and corporate donor portfolio management and expansion, as well as identifying and pursuing resources to fund EGPAF’s technical priorities to secure restricted funding. The Manager will support new funding pipelines for the organization and will support efforts to expand EGPAF’s geographic and programmatic reach. This individual will be conversant in program efforts across the field of global health, with experience in key technical areas such as HIV/TB, integrated health services, digital health and/or other relevant subject areas.
The Manager will work across global and country-based teams to translate complex technical subjects into funding concepts, pitch decks, and proposals. The Manager will track emerging corporate social responsibility efforts and investments in the field of global health and will have exceptional facilitation and writing skills. The Manager will supervise and regularly mentor junior staff on proposal development.

Salary Range
The expected salary range for this position is $83,000 – $104,000 annually in the Washington, DC Metro area. This position is exempt and paid a salary. For US-based remote staff, EGPAF uses geographical ranges that are based on the candidate’s location and the associated cost of labor.
Actual base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as qualifications, experience and training, education and certifications, internal equity, external market data, and budget.
