At Emma, we’re seeking an experienced Technology Group Product Manager to lead our Operations Backbone digital product group. You’ll be responsible for the team and the digital products that enable our operations: from planning to production, from supplier to end customer, managing orders and inventory as well as supporting our customers throughout their journey.


What you’ll do:
  • Product Ownership: You take responsibility for building digital product that enables Emma to provide an effective and delightful experience for our customers and our users. You think in terms of value for the business and satisfaction for our customers. You do this end to end, crafting a vision and a strategy in collaboration with your key stakeholders and translating it into an actionable roadmap with your team. You prove your impact and that of your team by showing impact on business and product metrics. 
  • Leadership: You succeed through your team. You’ll lead a group of Product Managers that through your leadership grow into effective operators that deliver the pieces of the operational puzzle you are trusted to solve. 
  • Stakeholder Engagement: You are the main contact for all stakeholders in your digital product space, actively listening to the problems and needs of the area and translating that into technological solutions. You are equally skilled at solving problems as you are on listening in for opportunities and aligning people. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You’ll partner up with stakeholders, subject matter experts, software engineering, design, analytics and research to ensure timely, value-driven deliveries. You understand your role as a business advocate for Emma that brings value and viability, while collaborating with your peers to build the product that delivers on this promise. 
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset: You’ll keep iterating in the product, the processes and the team ensuring to continuously drive value. 


Who we´re looking for:
  • Experience: Computer Science degree and five or more years of experience as a Digital Product Manager with at least three years' experience leading Product Managers, building backend platform products. Additional domain knowledge on supply chain management and customer support are a definite plus. 
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and grow Product Managers. You foster growth, create accountability and achieve high performance through your leadership.  
  • Data-Driven Decision Maker: You can leverage qualitative and quantitative data for continuous product improvement and to validate strategic hypotheses and delivery results. 
  • Strong Communication: You have great communication skills and can convey your thoughts in written and verbal form, simplify complex topics and tailor the message to the audience, being it technical or non-technical. 
  • Effective Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work seamlessly with stakeholders and in a team, fostering open communication and alignment towards the pursuit of goals. 
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in develop business models, design and document processes as well as translating those in technical requirements. 
  • Product Management Know-How: Strong product management experience and foundations: from discovery techniques to delivery support. 
  • Analytical Mindset: Deep expertise in using qualitative and quantitative data to drive to validate hypothesis and drive decisions. 
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Passion for driving business outcomes, overcoming challenges and navigating change and uncertainty.
