This is a CONTRACT POSITION.

What You Can Expect:

As our contractor Talent Acquisition Partner in Houston, Texas you will help us hire the best talent in one GBU (Global Business Unit) with operations in Houston, Chicago, and Denver, and hold 25-to 30 unique positions at any time. Every day you will identify and present candidates, schedule interviews, message information about ENGIE North America and other programs (i.e. benefits, employee resources groups and other offerings), extend offers and work with cross-functional teams.


What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or some college with experience in Human Resources
  • You must have three years’ experience recruiting hard to fill positions with resourceful and proactive recruitment with excellent communication and the ability to work with urgency, accurate data entry, and excellent time management skills
  • You know how to provide recruiting expertise and consultation for hiring initiatives by coordinating regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers, counseling on application of Affirmative Action goal data and hiring practices consistent with OFCCP guidelines, and work with tight deadlines.
  • You feel comfortable maintaining a relationship with candidates as they progress through the recruiting/interview process.
  • You completed the following types of projects where you have developed recruitment plans using multiple sources for critical business openings with focus on sourcing passive talent in the fields of engineering, project management, operations, field systems and services, or technicians with the ability to be resourceful in remote field locations

Additional Details:

  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy
  • Must be willing and able to comply with ENGIE’s policy with respect to COVID vaccination and testing
  • Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies

Compensation

Salary Range: $40.00 USD hourly


This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.
