Position Summary
As a B2C Payments Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing efficient operational workflows, driving continuous improvement, and supporting strategic initiatives. This role requires an in-depth understanding of cross-functional processes, data analysis, and the ability to optimize resources to align with organizational objectives. You will collaborate with various departments to identify operational inefficiencies, develop actionable solutions, and ensure seamless execution to enhance overall business performance. The ideal candidate must have a 360 view combining travel and payment understanding as well as demonstrating a problem-solving attitude with a special focus in customer experience.
You will be located in Athens and will be part of the Etraveli Group Fintech department. The role reports to Chrysa Safra, Manager - B2C Products & Partnerships (ROW).
