Position Summary:
This role is intended to oversee and provide coordination to the planning of Isagenix Events. This position will serve as a liaison between the event and its set agenda to include the coordination of trainers and presentations. The key scope is to provide oversight and coordination of all trainer relations through each stage of Isagenix events.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned):
- Work with leadership and key internal departments in the coordination of stage production and event execution that supports Isagenix goals.

Support the setup and tear down of various events.

Coordinate any necessary meetings, rehearsals, follow ups, etc. through all event stages; Prepare post-event updates outlining key feedback from trainers and attendees and seek opportunities for improvement.

Coordinate and maintain props, costumes, stage sets, presentations, etc. needed for each enactment.

Receive confirmed trainers from leadership and initiate correspondence and event coordination; provide event input, advice and guidance on behalf of Isagenix, as appropriate.

Stay abreast and understand industry trends that can improve or affect Isagenix events.

Represent and serve as an event expert for Isagenix; Provide constant communication and assistance to trainers and corporate staff.

Work with writers on event content for trainers and assure trainers review and update their content information as needed to be prepared for their event segment.

Handle event-related communications both verbally and written with internal editorial teams, confirmed trainers, and additional prospects.
Minimum Qualifications (These are the requirements that all applicants MUST HAVE to be considered for this position):
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.

3 years of related events and recruitment experience.
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft office software to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented and able to coordinate/manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional experience in network marketing or health & wellness industry.
Event planning and management certifications, such as CMM, CMP, CSEP, CPCE or related.

Professional experience in an event management role.
