Job Description

NOTE: This program begins on Monday, July 7, 2025. You must be able to start on this date. Additionally, the hourly rate for this program is $29/hour and benefits eligible. 

THE POSITION:

This role helps the organization meet its revenue goals by working with the strategy, commercial operations, marketing and business development teams to understand and gain exposure to the different areas of EVERSANA and develop a comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical industry. The result of the Commercial Development Program is a talent pipeline for the Commercial Team. The Commercial Associate can jump start their career.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams.  These results are achieved by:

The 12 month Commercial Development Program will consist of 4 rotations each 3 months through the following Commercial Departments with the potential for permanent placement for successful Commercial Associates. Commercial Associates will rotate across four of our core Commercial Team roles:

  • Strategy
  • Commercial Operations
  • Business Development
  • Marketing

The program is designed to give recent college graduates the maximum exposure to various stakeholder, projects, and the entire pharmaceutical/biotech industry and clients we work with across the organization.  Commercial Associates will lean how different stakeholder in healthcare come together to develop life altering solutions for patients. The program will begin with a training phase prior to the rotational component.

  • Training - EVERSANA Capabilities and Processes 2 weeks (home study followed by training in Yardley)
    • Review EVERSANA 101 PowerPoint presentations and online training to gain knowledge of EVERSANA and the Pharma/Biotech industry
    • Lifecycle of a Product
    • Regulatory Review

    • Channel/Distribution
    • Agency – pitch to brand build
    • EMC – consulting engagements start to finish
    • Navlin – how is market research conducted
    • D&A – data sources, infrastructure, application
    • Deployment solutions – day in the life of a sales rep
    • HEOR
    • Regulatory/Compliance
    • Brand Team – Complete Commercial and the role of the CCO
    • Training will include at some point in the program trips to St Louis Patient services and Memphis (Channel)
  • During the 3 month rotations, Commercial Associates will perform the following activities:

Qualifications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.

  • Bachelor’s degree. Business administration, marketing, finance, economics or life sciences
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to organize and understand complex information and documents
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with collaborative teams
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills (asks questions vs. assuming process)
  • Knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

The physical and mental requirements along with the work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an individual encounters while performing the essential functions of this position.

Office or Home Office: While performing the essential functions of this job the employee is frequently required to reach, grasp, stand and/or sit for long periods of time (up to 90% of the shift), walk, talk and hear; occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. If working remotely (from home), employee will need to set up an appropriate home office, be available during normal business hours and occasionally outside business hours depending on priorities, and deal with a work environment that is usually moderately quiet, with frequent interruptions and multiple demands via email, video chat, or phone

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $29/hour and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position.  Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living).  EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
