Evolus, Inc. is a performance beauty company focused on providing physicians and their patients with expanded choices in medical aesthetic treatments and procedures. We are seeking an experienced Director, Professional Education, to join our team. As an innovative member of the commercial marketing team, you are responsible for developing, managing, and executing customer facing product education and training initiatives focused on Evolus’ portfolio of offerings for the aesthetic provider. You assist in collaborating on strategy, program structure, educational initiatives and analytics. You are responsible for partnering with cross-functional teams and agency partners on the development of branded and unbranded materials for in-person, hands-on training, and digital programs and platforms. You will oversee a speaker’s bureau of HCP aesthetic key opinion leaders who conduct local and national education and training programs on behalf of Evolus.
As a resourceful thinker, you will proactively develop new program initiatives, materials, and digital resources to support customer education and work closely with internal and external key stakeholders, including sales personnel, customer accounts, marketing teams, medical affairs, regulatory, legal, compliance and external agency partners. You will participate in advisory boards, present at key internal meetings, and provide feedback to stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a multi-faceted high-paced matrix environment, exhibit effective communication and collaborations skills, ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and an initiative-taker who accomplishes objectives and tasks on-time and within budget.
Let’s talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role:
- Assists in developing annual professional education marketing plans and ensures aliment with product team and company goals/objectives.
- Designs and implements dynamic and engaging professional education programs and initiatives, filling the needs of customers & company objectives.
- Collaborates with Evolus team members and agency partners to develop customer-centric curriculum and continuum, propelling HCP product adoption and optimization of the Evolus product portfolio.
- Manages the Evolus speaker’s bureau and hands-on customer training programs conducted across the country.
- Capture and analyze program data to identify the impact of educational initiatives. Provides reports on program effectiveness and ROI analytics.
- Leads the operations, implementation, and deployment of customer training programs/initiatives (in-person and digital programming).
- Ensures each hands-on injector training program and initiative is compliant and in line with regulatory and legal regulations for promotional programs.
- Engage and partner with Evolus KOL faculty members in content development and program evolution and enhancements.
- Assists in developing and managing Evolus’ annual LIVE speaker training event.
- Cultivate strong, effective relationships with Evolus speakers/faculty, internal cross functional departments, brand marketing teams, sales personnel, Medical Affairs, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance and agency partners.
- Effectively partner with agency vendors on projects, content development and sales force materials.
- Seeks feedback and recommendations from Evolus Faculty, HCP attendees and sales personnel on Evolus’ current and future training course offerings.
- Present at internal meetings; Managers Meeting, National Sales Meeting, leadership meetings etc.
- Partners with Sales Training to educate the sales force on their role in executing customer training programs and maximizing strategies for greatest impact with HCP attendees.
- Actively participate in advisory board meetings.
- Travel to programs, events, and society meetings (35-40%).
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in marketing or sales (aesthetic industry is preferred).
- Excellent in creating PowerPoint presentations
- Strong presenter and communication skills
- Initiative-taker, able to collaborate with others to accomplish objectives.
- Ability to effectively interact with all levels of executive management.
- Ability to effectively engage with customers in a professional and compliant manner.
- Ability to set priorities and handle multiple tasks with a high level of efficiency, with minimal supervision.

Compensation & Total Rewards:
This is an exempt position. The expected salary range for this position is $227,480 – $284,000. Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations including but not limited to role relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, certifications and more.
