We are looking for a passionate Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO, to join our team of 70 people in London and act as the beating heart of our office culture
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the happiness of our team, the office maintenance, the smooth running of our facilities, relationships with our vendors, and the constant stocking of office supplies and indulging refreshments. You will plan and execute happy hours, employee engagement activities, team gatherings and inspiring events are responsible for employees' life cycle milestones and take a lead in all employees' touch points.
Responsibilities:

Run the day-to-day operations activities and provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations, making sure the office running is spot-on and optimally organized.

Extensive and complex management of the CEO’s diary across several time zones including all external appointments, meetings and conference calls.

Build personal relationships with team members and be the first point of contact and assistance for employees with their administrative needs.

Owner of daily employee experience and lead of the Employee Experience Committee, responsible for employee events and team building activities.

Manage external vendors to supervise and coordinate overall administrative activities (office supplies, cleaning crew, refreshments etc.).

Hosting visiting team members from sister offices, including coordination of meetings, events, gatherings, dinners etc.

Assist with business travel bookings and logistics for office employees.

Coordinate employees' finance and IT procedures.

Onboarding of new team members and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures by staff members.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Personal Assistant\Executive Assistant to CEO or senior managers, and in Office Management at a Tech company/ early-stage startup /hospitality.

Customer service oriented, outstanding interpersonal skills, positive, proactive and solutions-focused attitude.

Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and demanding environment.

Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.

Highly organized with attention to detail and an outstanding work ethic.

Always willing to 'roll up the sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done.

Great communication skills: written and verbal.
