Campaign work includes paid and earned media programs supporting corporate communications, such as M&A, IPOs, fundraising, crisis communications, and change management, as well as product and brand launches, thought leadership, brand building and more.

Lead the relationship with senior level clients and act as the recognized source of expertise and counsel, understanding all aspects of the business and future offerings

Provide leadership to grow the agency's visibility and reputation through development of new business initiatives

Build teams that demonstrate ownership of accounts and can develop and execute results-oriented, creative and innovative strategic plans
- Provide top-tier strategic counsel, and maintain responsibility for setting a standard of excellent and consistent quality work

Assist and problem solve with account team members on day-to-day issues

Ensure high standard of client service and provide outstanding strategic and analytical counsel to clients and account team members on day-to-day issues

Lead resource and account management functions, including financial management, client plans and presentations and overall client satisfaction

Drive quality, effectiveness and profitability of existing business and consistently and organically sell new business ideas and develop ideas to expand programs, resulting in superior client product and increase in agency revenues

Coach, mentor and motivate staff. Groom the next generation of senior leadership at the agency.

Drive actions to growth the agency and improve commercial viability, while making it an ideal destination for top talent
- 15+ years of experience, with at least half in an agency setting

8+ years of team management (managing direct reports, staffing, employee retention, workflow development)

Ability to maintain and expand successful relationships with clients by demonstrating a deep understanding of their industries, building and overseeing superior account teams and offering senior strategic counsel

Results-oriented leadership skills with good intuition for problem solving and issues management, experience executing responsibilities autonomously, while delegating tasks successfully
- A track record of attracting, pitching and closing new business

Previous operational oversight of a business group and a commercially-minded approach to growth

Knowledge and expertise in the B2B and consumer Tech sector ranging from growth stage to large public companies
- Previous oversight and successful execution of integrated communication strategies

Familiarity with managing teams or practice areas in respect to desired business outcomes (managing practice-level and campaign-level P&Ls)
