Job Description

Experian Marketing Service's mission is to accelerate client success through allowing ecosystems, partnerships, and marketing technology solutions. We help brands put people at the heart of their business and have meaningful interactions with their customers. As part of the Experian Marketing Services team, the Project Management Support contributes in driving the growth of Enrichment, Offline Identity Resolution, Append, and Addressable TV marketing.

The team's goal is to deepen client relationships, create revenue opportunities, and build loyalty by adding value through projects. You will contribute to these goals by providing applicable data analyses and serving as a resource for both our teams and external clients. Primary responsibilities for this position include:

  • Work with client account teams to understand client projects.
  • Take the lead on special projects involving data interpretation and analysis.
  • Prepare, evaluate and deliver account our results with clients by phone and email resources.
  • Interpret Experian dedicated software for implementation and delivery of results.
  • Commitment with Experian Security guidelines in the management of clients' sensitive information.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business or related field. Candidates who are in the process of completing their degrees may apply.
  • 3+ years successful experience managing and analyzing data.
  • Knowledge such as Excel.
  • Salesforce experience.
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and prioritization skills.
  • analyze data and present it to partners.
  • Manage high complexity and ambiguity.

Additional Information

This is a permanent remote home-based role in Costa Rica. No relocation available.
