Responsibilities: Generate revenue through private event sales, manage inquiries and Salesforce database, conduct sales presentations, and supervise event staff, while providing exceptional customer service and developing sales collateral.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Google Suite; experience in staff supervision and financial reconciliation; ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and two years of event management experience or a professional equivalent; strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills are essential.

SUMMARY
The Sales & Events Supervisor is responsible for generating earned revenue for the museum through the promotion, sales, and supervision of the museum facilities for private events. The Sales & Events Supervisor is responsible for assisting in meeting or exceeding the annual Museum Rentals sales goals. The position requires close teamwork within the Museum Rentals team, as well as self-direction and motivation, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and some basic accounting skills. The position reports to the Sales & Business Development Manager.
