Roles and Responsibilities:
· Support PDM team for generic jobs.
· Documents gathering before ECO/MCO/DVA generation and implementation.
· Attach ECO implémentation required documents (SOP/reference BOM/FAI/SN) on agile.
· Work with cross functional team to follow up the routine Rework Instruction reviewing and approve for upgrade FGI units which lower LSR.
· Create the monthly expense PO from suppliers. Ex ECO change scraps/expanse.
· Support DVA generation for Spot buy materials record.
Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years of working experience. Document control is preferred.
· Required Computer Skills: high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and with Document Control software.
· Desired Computer Skills: proficiency in Oracle ERP and Agile PLM software.
· Strong proofreading and problem solving skills.
· Exceptional attention to detail.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills – must speak English.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and multi-task is a must.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment is required.
· Capable of maintaining multiple tasks and report as needed on status.

As a PDM Specialist Contractor at Extreme Networks, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our Product Data Management team. With a focus on document control and collaboration, your day-to-day tasks will involve gathering necessary documentation for Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), Manufacturing Change Orders (MCOs), and Design Verification Activities (DVAs). You'll attach implementation documents like standard operating procedures, reference bills of materials, and serial numbers on our Agile platform, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date. Your exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills will be key as you create monthly expense Purchase Orders (POs) with our suppliers, documenting changes in scraps and expenses. To thrive in this role, you'll need strong communication skills, as you’ll interact with cross-functional teams to review and approve routine rework instructions for upgraded Finished Goods Inventory (FGI) units. Your background in document control, preferably with at least two years of relevant experience, will be your foundation for success at Extreme Networks, a company recognized as one of the best places to work in IT.
