We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Technical Recruiter to drive and own the entire recruitment lifecycle for technical roles at our vibrant Tel Aviv R&D hub. From Product Managers and Senior Engineers to Data Scientists, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping high-performing teams that fuel our innovation.

A day in the life of a Recruiter at Fairmatic:
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles in Tel Aviv, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their team needs and craft tailored hiring strategies.
  • Build and nurture a robust pipeline of potential candidates through proactive networking and relationship management.
  • Act as a trusted guide for candidates, ensuring they feel supported and valued throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Coordinate interviews and provide support to both candidates and hiring managers to keep the process smooth and efficient.
  • Analyze recruitment processes and leverage data-driven insights to recommend and implement long-term improvements.
  • Collaborate with the global recruitment team on strategic process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.


The skills and experience you'll bring to Fairmatic:
  • Highly independent, with strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Demonstrable experience recruiting complex tech positions, from sourcing to closing
  • Fluency in English 
  • Ability to follow processes with the confidence to know when to go off plan to maintain efficiency
  • Familiarity with Lever or similar applicant tracking systems
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Creative thinker with a knack for quick learning and adapting to new challenges.
