The PX Manager will be pivotal in elevating the HR function to support our country's growth objectives. This role requires a strong HR leader to deploy HR processes, enhance team performance, coach leaders and address key recruitment and retention challenges

With a focus on addressing recruitment and retention challenges, you’ll implement HR policies that are not just effective, but also aligned with our goals. Your expertise will be pivotal in developing programs that improve the employee lifecycle, ensuring engagement and reducing turnover. You will also act as a strategic advisor on organizational development and build a high-performing local PX team.
