Your key responsibilities as a Business Development Manager will include:

  • Driving pipeline, bookings, and attaining targets through programmatic execution against the GTM plan, executing on cross-sell and new name sales plays.
  • Collaborating with marketing and a dedicated BDR team to drive demand.
  • Partnering with Client Success Managers to ensure a smooth post-sales experience for clients.
  • Bringing the voice of the customer into the product roadmap by partnering with product teams.
  • Adhering to all general security responsibilities as documented in the company security policy.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Business Development Manager:

  • You will have a track record in SaaS technology sales, preferably within the financial sector.
  • You will ideally, bring an existing network in the asset management segment, which would be a significant plus.
  • You will have consistent experience in a quota-bearing sales environment.
  • You need excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • You must effectively and consistently build and manage your sales pipeline to ensure quarterly and annual revenue attainment.
  • You must be fluent in English and French; additional language proficiency, especially Dutch or German, is preferred.
