Digital Product Manager (Website)

The Role 🌞 We are looking for a Digital Product Manager (Website) to join Ffern. They will work closely with our design, tech and content teams to manage ffern.co, balancing regular updates and quality assurance with iteration, expansion and overarching strategy.

Key Responsivities 💼

  • Own and drive the website product vision, and prioritise exceptional user experience and usability across all pages and features
  • Lead on the core website's user experience strategy, focusing on design, brand consistency, and intuitive user journeys while measuring success through relevant metrics
  • Manage website content and digital assets, using CMS efficiently, manage seasonal and one-off updates to website content
  • Working closely with our UI Designer and Design Director, scope and implement updates to the Ffern website.
  • Make data-informed decisions about website enhancements, translating user research and analytics into actionable website improvements (does this still sit with them)

You Profile 👑

  • 5+ years experience in website product management with a strong focus on UX/UI design, preferably from tech/SaaS companies
  • Proven expertise in web design principles, user experience flows, wire framing/diagrams, and web analytics
  • Strong project management skills, and ability to collaborate across teams, triage priorities, and facilitate productive cross-functional work
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate user needs into effective solutions
  • Data-driven approach to design decisions with a passion for creating exceptional website experiences
