Director of Human Resources / Learning & Development
FGS Global is seeking a mid-career professional to join our Human Resources team in North America, based in our New York office. The Director, Human Resources will serve as the HR business partner to their assigned internal client group(s), with responsibilities including general employee relations, supporting managers and other people leaders in their roles, performance management, and defining and executing talent acquisition needs. Other significant responsibilities will include leading and operationalizing learning and development initiatives in North America.
