RESPONSIBILITIES
You will support our Financial Services market segment from pre-sale opportunities, active pursuits, and throughout the project lifecycle from strategy to product development services
Leverage your Financial Services domain subject matter expertise, in-depth consulting foundation skills, and hands-on transformational experience to delivery advisory services in support of technology-enabled business change
Drive the narrative around the digital journey for the C-Suite by leading, developing, and articulating digital strategies that shape the Financial Services industry
Stay at the forefront of digital trends that are disrupting Financial Services. You will be an ambassador for change. You will solve business problems and drive growth for clients through digital transformation
Take leading roles working with multi-disciplinary teams, facing off with client stakeholders, SME’s and managing client relationships
Act in a product owner capacity focusing on creation of product roadmaps, managing product backlog and feature prioritization, creating user stories, and actively working as part of an agile team throughout product development
Increase our presence in the marketplace via participation in conferences, development of thought leadership, and recruiting
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 6+ relevant combined industry and consulting experience (manager/senior manager levels) i.e., a “Big-4” and/or consultancy boutiques/system integrators
Possess an in-depth understanding of Financial Services domain knowledge in areas such as retail banking, wealth management, asset management and capital markets
Experience with digital innovation, customer experience, and the “FinTech” eco-systems and advising clients on market dynamics and trends – with a focus on digital
Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, Agile Development, and a strong desire to be at the forefront of Digital Transformation
Demonstrated success in growing client relationships, driving revenue and leading teams
Strong experience with stakeholder engagement, organization alignment, change planning, change measurement and communication requirements for large-scale transformations
Robust project management methodology and experienced with the multi-disciplinary project teams and environments
Skilled at analyzing complex business issues with the ability to effectively communicate these issues to clients
Able to anticipate and identify risks and drive action to mitigate and resolve issues as they occur
Strong problem solver and creative thinker with gravitas
