Do you have a desire to support neurodivergent children, including those with Autism and ADHD, through play-based therapy? SenseSational Learning Group is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 or small group ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings.

  • Implement individualized behavior support and skill development plans created by BCBAs.

  • Collect and record accurate data on client progress.

  • Teach social skills, communication, and daily living skills through play-based activities.

  • Utilize positive reinforcement techniques to encourage positive behaviors.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate with families.

  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients.


Qualifications:

  • Required: Availability to work at least 15 hours per week, Monday-Friday, between 3:00 PM and 7:30 PM.

  • Required: Previous experience working with children and/or teens.

  • Preferred: Experience working with neurodivergent individuals (Autism, ADHD).

  • Preferred: Enrollment or completion of coursework in Child Development, Psychology, Education, Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, or related field.

  • Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior management techniques.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  

  • Reliable transportation.

  • Ability to meet physical requirements (lifting, sitting, standing, kneeling).

  • Ability to use computer and tablet devices.


Additional Skills (Preferred):

  • Experience with activities of daily living (ADLs).

  • Understanding of special education and IEPs.

  • Familiarity with behavioral health interventions.

  • Teaching through play-based activities.
