SenseSational Learning Group is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 or small group ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings.
Implement individualized behavior support and skill development plans created by BCBAs.
Collect and record accurate data on client progress.
Teach social skills, communication, and daily living skills through play-based activities.
Utilize positive reinforcement techniques to encourage positive behaviors.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate with families.
Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients.
Qualifications:
Required: Availability to work at least 15 hours per week, Monday-Friday, between 3:00 PM and 7:30 PM.
Required: Previous experience working with children and/or teens.
Preferred: Experience working with neurodivergent individuals (Autism, ADHD).
Preferred: Enrollment or completion of coursework in Child Development, Psychology, Education, Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, or related field.
Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior management techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to meet physical requirements (lifting, sitting, standing, kneeling).
Ability to use computer and tablet devices.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
Experience with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Understanding of special education and IEPs.
Familiarity with behavioral health interventions.
Teaching through play-based activities.
