Support the Department Manager with scheduling service teams.
Support the service teams by confirming the quality of their field work and their appearance as service calls are being performed. By working with our service teams you will improve our services by training with best techniques, documentation and customer interaction.
Coordinate all of the Service department’s field work force (Alarm) directly.
State of Texas Commercial Fire Alarm License is required.
Additional licenses are a plus but not required.
Work experience, training or education in inspections, maintenance, and sequence of events and repair of Fire Alarm/Sprinkler/Suppression Systems.
Written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with handling multiple priorities, project duties and responsibilities.
